Seiko introduces its new Cocktail Time European & US series, which is an exclusive series of watches. It features two versions of Presage watches and the idea is inspired by Japan’s drinking culture; specifically, it is influenced by the “time of communication.” This is a word that derives from ‘portmanteau of nomu’, which means to drink in Japanese and communicate in English.
Basically, it’s the word that describes the Japanese drinking tradition of talking business over a few drinks. Both watches are made of stainless steel and defined by a gold tone along the dial and case. It retains a sensual tonal palette with dauphine-style indexes and hands along the face and is finished with a 4R35 41-hour power reserve visible from the back.
