Group One Infinite showcased their curated selection of up-and-coming designers on the runway at Lakmé Fashion Week x Fashion Design Council of India in Bombay. the presentation featured the brands Sakshi Bhati, arvind Ampula and Varun Chakkilam, each of whom showcased special occasion wear with spectacular celebrities.

Hyderabad-based Varun Chakkilam’s ‘Lenora’ collection celebrated the beauty of light with shimmering dresses and fusion-style men’s and women’s wear. Bollywood celebrity Sara Ali Khan closed the show in a sparkly silver lehenga that featured an intricately appliquéd bralette.
Vika by Arvind Ampula’s ‘Whispers of Empires’ collection celebrated Indian and Persian cultures with opulent lace bridal gowns and botanical lehenga, choli, dupatta, kutas, kurtis and shararas. the menswear in the collection included bundies, kurtas, sherwanis and Jodhpuri jackets, and the stunning Fatima Sana Shaikh closed the show in a purple lehenga.
Sakshi Bhati launched ‘Ember Bloom’ on the runway with a variety of day and evening looks featuring pastel florals. Maxi dresses, shararas and choli pieces were designed for garden parties in hot climates and Shruti Haasan looked stunning in a mint green lehenga.
