Kylie Jenner Brings Back 2014 With New Pink Hair – See Photos

Alarm bells sound: Kylie Jenner just sent us all flying back to 2014 with her new pastel pink hair. Yes, you read that right: the much-loved King Kylie era looks set to return in 2024.

Kylie Jenner shared the news on Tik Tok and instagram on January 16, showing off a new shade of cotton candy pink hair instead of her usual dark, almost black brunette. “I heard your [sic] 2014 vibes this year,” he wrote on TikTok and his fans immediately I lost it because of the color. A chorus of “KING KYLIE” filled the comments, proving that Jenner’s fans are very excited about the return of her mid-2010s Tumblr aesthetic.

Jenner also posted a some selfies for Instagram, captioning her photos, “Hiiiiii, do you remember me?” Mmm, yes, we do. “THIS IS NOT A DRILL KING, KYLIE IS BACK,” wrote nostalgia account Velvetcoke. Honestly, we had to do a double take to make sure these photos weren’t from the 2010s, but this is definitely the Kylie of 2024 and not her younger self. She paired her pale pink wavy hair with a simple tank top and plenty of pink blush on her cheeks and the bridge of her nose. Her color isn’t Barbiecore pink or neon pink, but rather a sweet, light pastel.

Jenner has gone pink several times before, including in 2016 and 2018 for Coachella, although the latter was a hot magenta and not a cake. She’s also hinted at a return to King Kylie vibes, most recently with her new Khy clothing line. She described the line like “King Kylie, who I am at my core.” Welcome back, King Kylie! Does this mean that we will see the iconic black hair with teal tips in the near future? Fingers crossed.
