Arc’teryx presents a look at its updated version of the iconic Alpha SV jacket, which the brand first created and released 25 years ago in 1998. the Vancouver-based brand makes further changes to constantly improve the overall performance of the jacket. the latest version of the jacket is backed by years of materials science and collaborative experience with partners like Gore.
It has now been updated with an N100D outer fabric and uses a triple-layer Gore-Tex Pro 2.0 construction with a breathable base; is made entirely from post-consumer waste for a sustainable effort. This year’s new Alpha SV collection is colored using sustainable techniques known as dopy dyeing. This is a method that reduces overall water use and waste.
