Geisha Designs by Paras & Shalini presents bright pastels at Lakmé Fashion Week x FDCI

Geisha Designs by Paras & Shalini presented a brilliant collection of statement dresses on the runway on the first day of Lakmé Fashion Week x Fashion Design Council of India. the brand’s evening wear collection ‘Profusion’ concluded with actress Alaya F walking the runway in sheer pieces.

“Introducing Alaya F as our muse for our latest collection: Profusion Evening Evening Wear 2023 with the ‘Nocturnal Enigma: the Tassel Tempest Set‘ with abstract bead embroidered pants and a matching bralet top at Lakme Fashion Week in association with FDCI,” the brand announced on Facebook, sharing images of the Bollywood star in her spectacular ensemble.

Alaya F’s daring backless ensemble epitomized the collection’s bold take on feminine glamour. Other dresses featured fish scale details and fitted skirts, while sparkly blazers provided structure.

Some masculine looks dotted the collection with disco-inspired white suits. This disco inspiration was also seen in the purple striped dresses and metallic tones used in ‘Profusion’. the brand described the collection as “a journey where haute couture becomes an expression of the extraordinary symphony of life itself,” on Facebook.
