Aera, a contemporary brand seeking global expansion, participated in a collaboration to test its Aeronaut watches and ship them to various corners of the world. Aeronaut’s maiden voyage took wildlife photographer and environmentalist Steve Woods to the Serengeti in Kenya and to capture the impressive Great Migration – a colossal movement of 1.5 million wildebeest and 200,000 zebra. Steve Woods, known for his mission to showcase the wonders of the natural world and draw attention to environmental challenges, chose to evaluate Aera’s Nato strap on the P-1 Pilot during this expedition. Designed for the nomadic traveler, the Nato leash was ideal for a sustainable safari.
Aera showcases this expedition in a special photo essay, and also highlights Woods’ stay at the first carbon-neutral camp in Emboss River.
